1.1 By booking a collection with Unexmove you agree to Unexmove's terms and conditions outlined below as well as the couriers terms and conditions.
1.2 Unexmove is a third party booking agent for national and international couriers and does not personally handle shipments.
1.3 You agree that Unexmove may send your items with any one of its couriers. This courier includes LTS Distribution but will not be limited to LTS Distribution.
1.4 You agree to the couriers terms and conditions: LTS Distribution.
1.5 Within the UK, your item will be sent with the following couriers depending on which service you book. If we are unable to send with the allocated courier it will be sent with a courier of an equivalent service level. When sending your items in or out of the UK the courier will be LTS Distribution.

1.6 Your package must not exceed the limits of the service booked which are listed below. If they do, you will be charged the cost of additional pallets needed to your destination. All oversize pallets are priced as a full pallet or half pallet. This includes the actual weight and the volumetric weight. If your shipment is overweight/oversized it may be delayed, returned to you or you may have to collect the shipment from the courier’s local collection/delivery depot with no possibility of a full refund.

1.7 Unexmove provides a 24hr Express and an Economy (2- 3 days) services to the following Mainland UK postcodes provided on the website. A 48hr express service is available to N.I., Scottish Highlands and British Islands however this service is not guaranteed and should not be used for time sensitive items. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and British Islands will usually receive their package within 2 working days, however it can take up to 3 working days for remote OOA (Out Of Area) locations. Items are not delivered or collected on Sundays and/or bank holidays unless an exception is made and agreed upon by Unexmove and the customer. Items sent out of the UK with Unexmove may take longer and will be priced on application. Please contact us for delivery times. Unexmove is not liable for any delays caused to your items.
1.8 For international shipments, Unexmove is not liable for any custom charges, clearance fees or taxes imposed on your shipment. This is the customers’ responsibility. Customs and duties fees will be advised at the point of ordering.
1.9 Unexmove reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time but will notify all customers in doing so.
2.0 Collections can take place between 9.00am and 17.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am and 17.00pm and at an additional surcharge of £50 on Saturdays. You agree that you will make the item available for collection between these times on your collection date.
2.1 Items should only be sent in strong sealed cardboard boxes or suitcases. If you use other packaging your item may be refused carriage and any damage caused to your items will not be covered by the compensation cover. Please do not send your items in plastic bags or bin bags/liners.
2.2 If your shipment contains items from the prohibited list it may be returned to you at an extra cost or you may have to collect the shipment from the courier’s local collection/delivery depot. Hazardous items listed are not permitted under any circumstances. Please make a note of items that you are able to send but are NOT covered by insurance.
2.3 You or a delegated individual must be present for collection and delivery, if you miss your collection no refunds will be offered, and you will be charged a further cost to rebook collection.
2.4 Unexmove's couriers will not collect or assist in collection from individual rooms in students residence. Items will be collected from outside the premises at the nearest, safest curbside.
2.5 Deliveries will take place between 9.00am - 17.00pm on your delivery date. Should you miss your delivery, there is redelivery charge which is 80% of the original order cost.
If you use the Premium 24hr service your item(s) will be delivered the next working day. *
If you use the Economy service your item(s) will be delivered between 2-3 working days. *
If you use our International services or require your item(s) to be sent to a remote UK postcode your item(s) will be delivered as per the displayed transit times when booking*.
*(Delivery may be made anytime after 12pm, considering the next day is a week day, unless you have paid a surcharge for a time specific delivery or to be delivered on a Saturday or a Bank Holiday). These times need to be agreed with Unexmove first.
Remote locations can take an extra 1-2 working days.
2.6 Unexmove is not liable for any delay, loss or damage that may occur to your package. It is the couriers responsibility to ensure your package is collected, handled and delivered with due care. If you have experienced a problem with your collection or delivery please contact Unexmove directly. If your package has unfortunately been damaged please email Unexmove as soon as possible to investigate the issue.
2.7 Each consignment booked through Unexmove has compensation cover against damage and loss; each courier provides inclusive cover with the amount listed below. You can extend your cover with Unexmove up to the maximum cover.

2.8 If you do not take out any additional cover you agree that items you are sending are not worth more than the inclusive cover or accept sole responsibility of any additional costs or loss if your items are damaged or lost.
2.9 Inclusive cover is provided by the courier and is not related to any cover Unexmove may provide; Unexmove is not responsible for any decision that the courier makes in relation to any claims.
3.0 Cover purchased above the inclusive cover is provide by Unexmove and is covered by its own terms and conditions.
3.1 Certain items can be sent with Unexmove but only on a no insurance basis at the customers own risk. Please read the prohibited and no compensation items list.
3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure the provided labels are attached securely, if you do not attach your labels securely you are not entitled to claim compensation if your item is delayed or lost. Securely is defined as a label being attached to each side of the pallet using an adhesive. You are required to print the provided labels.
3.3 Compensation claims must be made within 14 days to Unexmove. Should you need to make a claim please contact Unexmove within 14 days of your item(s) collection date and we will make the claim on your behalf. Claims after this time will not be processed. Do not send your claim directly to the courier, as it will be refused. Approved claims must be accepted within 7 days. When a claim has been paid out Unexmove LTD is no longer liable for the loss or damage associated with the booking.
3.4 No refunds will be offered for a cancellation made under 48 hours for national shipments and 36 hours for international shipments. Partial refunds may be offered if your package is severely delayed due to the courier, however, this does not apply if it is found that labels have not been attached correctly.
3.5 No refunds are offered for missed collections or delivery as a result of customer negligence.
3.6 If your collection or delivery does not take place or is delayed due to an error on Unexmove, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a rearranged suitable date. This does not include force majeure out of Unexmove's or the couriers control such as adverse weather conditions, severe transport delays, or accidents. This is not applicable if labels fall off due to customer error.
3.7 Unexmove Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
3.8 Unexmove Ltd may change this policy by updating this page. Customers are responsible for checking at intervals to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 24/02/2015.
